Jardex – one of Denmarks leading retailers and wholesalers of corporate clothing and mens fashion, was looking to improve their market share. A loyalty strategy was adopted, insted of using the budget om the mass market platforms, where they would encounter countless competitors.

Jardex VIP offers loyal customers  a very attractive open-loop program. Members earn point when shopping in-store or online and points may be used for payment at over 250 restaurants, stores  nationwide in Denmark. Online redeption is also offered.


The solution:

We implemented the Loyal Solutions open loop loyalty system, introducing Jardex – VIP as a turnkey project where the cardholder earns bonus points shopping in Jardex stores and on Jardex.dk. These points can be used for payment in over 250 restaurants, hotels, cafes and shops nationwide. The programme is growing steadily and the number of participants has increased by over 245% with substantial improvements in loyalty.
